College Recruiting Process Consulting Services

The NCAA recruiting process can be viewed as complicated and overwhelming.  Our staff has the experience and knowledge to assist our Member Athletes and their families in this process.  We assist our Member Athletes in the following areas

SAT and ACT Testing Consultation

Our staff assists our Member Athletes in the preparation for SAT and ACT Testing. This includes such areas as scheduling (posting national testing dates, times, and locations), recommendations on study tools (on-line and book form), and how to properly fill out the header section of your SAT or ACT so that the results are sent directly to the NCAA Clearinghouse.

NCAA Clearinghouse Certification (Div I and Div II Only)

Our staff assists our Member Athletes in the NCAA Clearinghouse certification process.  This process is accomplished on-line and must be started at the end of our Member Athlete’s Junior year in high school.  Our staff will discuss with our Member Athletes and their families required guidelines (athletically and academically) for the first year college athletic competition. Our staff DOES NOT submit information (on-line) for our Member Athletes.

Scholarship Information (School Specific)

Our staff assists our Member Athletes in the scholarship search and attainment process.  Based on our Member Athletes three college preferences, our staff will research all available scholarship programs available (academic to athletic) for each school.  Our staff then will look at our Member Athlete’s profile, specifically GPA, SAT, and ACT scores and try to match them up.  A report will be generated which will be sent and then discussed with our Member Athlete and their family.  The purpose of the discussion is to put them on track (if not so already) to meet the particular scholarship requirements.  Our staff ONLY does the research, makes that research available, and assist in properly filling out required paperwork.  Our staff DOES NOT submit paperwork (on-line and/or written) for our Member Athletes.

Financial Aid Information (School Specific)

Our staff assists our Member Athletes in the Financial Aid search and attainment process.  Based on our Member Athletes three college preferences, our staff will research all available financial aid programs available (including grants) for each school.  A report will be generated which will be sent to and then discussed with our Member Athlete and their family.  The purpose of the discussion is to make the Member Athlete and their families aware what is available and what the application process would entail.  It is up to our Member Athlete and their family to submit all required paperwork at the required times.  Our staff ONLY does the research, makes that research available, and assist in properly filling out required paperwork.  Our staff DOES NOT submit paperwork (on-line or written) for our Member Athletes.

Video Editing and Web Page Services

The Video Editing and Web Page Services utilize current video technology and the internet to present your profile information and volleyball skills into the college coaches office.  They can view your progress from anywhere in the world.  This service includes the following areas:

Video Capture and Editing (Member Athlete)

Our staff works with our partner coaches and trainers to obtain video footage of our Member Athletes performing various volleyball skill-sets (including actual match play). From this, any college coach, scout, and/or recruiter can see your mechanics in hitting, setting, passing, serving, literally each aspect of your game.  This video can be frozen and viewed.  A complete analysis is made from this video by independent college coaches, our partner coaches and/or trainers, or from our internal staff.  We will find your mechanical flaws and work with our partner coaches and trainers to create a training plan for you to follow.  This puts our Member Athletes on a course to improvement.  This analysis is ongoing, when we receive new skill set or actual match play video footage the analysis and training plan (if necessary) will be updated.  We will fix those flaws (with your help and dedication of course!). This video is part of our Member Athlete’s web-page for any college coach, scout, and/or recruiter to view and analyze, along with our Member Athletes match video clips.  A full match CD or DVD can be generated upon request by any college coach, scout, and recruiter.  It would ONLY be sent upon permission of the Member Athlete.

Web-Page Maintenance (Member Athlete)

Our staff maintains a web-page for each of our Member Athletes. Included in this web-page is the following: 1) Skill Set Video (grouped by date), 2) Match Video (grouped by date, 3) Skill Set and Character Analysis (grouped by date), and 4) Profile Information.  This data is cumulative, which means, if a Member Athlete has been utilizing our services for two years there will be two years of data.  This allows any college coach, scout, and/or recruiter to view a progression to determine how well a individual Member Athlete is advancing in their training, both physically and mentally.  This does not eliminate the need to watch an athlete in a live match but allows some flexibility for any college coach, scout, and/or recruiter to choose the time and place.  This allows coaches, scouts, and/or recruiters who are on limited recruiting budgets to maximize their recruiting dollars, allowing less traveling time and lowering expenses.

Volleyball Skill Enhancement Training (Coming Soon)

The Volleyball Skill Enhancement Training process utilizes our partner volleyball coaches and trainers, usually in a club volleyball setting, to enhance our Member Athletes volleyball skill in preparation for play at the next level.  Our staff utilizes current video, internet, and communication technologies to accomplish this task.  We assist our partner coaches and trainers in the following areas:

College Coach and Member Athlete Coordination

Our staff works with our Member Athletes and their families to help them understand the NCAA Recruiting guidelines.  This includes the rules governing contact (verbal and written) between a college coach and a prospective recruit.  It also includes the areas of school literature (brochures, newsletters, etc.), use of agents, letters of intent, and official school visits.  Our staff strives to make sure that none of our Member Athletes loose a scholarship because of a NCAA recruiting infraction.  We also discuss with our Member Athletes what is expected playing at the college level, both on (travel, practice time commitments) and off (academically, required homework disciplines) the court.  We also assist our Member Athletes and their families in sorting through received information (letters from College Coaches, College Athletic Directors, etc.) for the purpose of selecting the top three to five schools for possible official school visits.

Our staff also works with current college coaches to make sure that our Member Athletes are getting the proper training to compete at the college level.  Our staff works with the college coaches to prevent or at the very least minimize the college level learning curve, bridging the training gap between the college coaches and our partner coaches and trainers so that our Member Athletes are ready to play at the college level after high school or community college graduation.

Training Plans and Skill Set Analysis

As stated before, our staff works with our partner coaches and trainers to create, based upon a Member Athletes Skill Set Analysis, a training plan for each of our Member Athletes to follow.  This puts our Member Athletes on a course to improvement.  Since this analysis is ongoing, training plans are continuously updated by our staff.  These training plans can be made available to any college coach, scout, and/or recruiter ONLY with written permission from our Member Athlete.  Also, feedback from college coaches can and will be incorporated into a Member Athletes training plan if appropriate (best interest of the Member Athlete) and agreed upon by the Member Athletes current coach or trainer.
