This page is continuously updated as club grows and new coaches and parent volunteers come onboard. At TWVC we feel strongly that our coaches and parent volunteers be men or women of character. They are expected to demonstrate this both during practice sessions and during games. They are expected and held accountable to be positive role models for the players they coach, always giving their best for the betterment of the player. Since all coaches have to start out somewhere TWVC does take in players or parents that want to learn how to coach and trains them. They are teamed with an experienced coach for an undetermined period of time. After they have proved themselves both in the area of player and game management they are them allowed to coach on their own. All coaches and parent volunteers are screened after each club season to make sure they are continuously upholding an environment based upon biblical principles of respect (mutual and self), honesty (with oneself and others), self-discipline, and integrity. If they are not they will no longer be part of the coaching staff at TWVC.
